SNS Handle Confidentiality Policy
1. Why We Collect SNS Handles
Castera collects creator SNS handles (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) solely to verify the authenticity of AI influencer accounts and for internal review by our operations team. This is a draft v1 document pending legal review.
2. No Sharing with Advertisers
Collected SNS handles are never shared with brand advertisers under any circumstances. Advertisers cannot learn a creator's actual social media accounts through the Castera platform.
3. Internal Access Controls
Access to SNS handle data is restricted to authorised Castera operations personnel. Access logs are maintained for security auditing. Unauthorised internal access will result in appropriate disciplinary action.
4. Retention and Deletion
SNS handles are deleted within 30 days of account termination. Where legally required or necessary for dispute resolution, data may be retained for the applicable period before deletion.
